Their feedback system is so neat that they are able to differentiate the fact that it is an incident and not related to an order. My query was this :
When choosing an item, I apply filters ( in this case, the color black for a wallet). But to add more filters, the system is not intuitive. Meaning, let’s say that seventy percent of the population has clicked on the brand filter after the color filter, the thing has to be responsive and show that right? That’s the basic idea behind my idea for improving their brand, simply from a ui / ux perspective.
